This small settlement located in a pre-war park specializes in filtering water from the river, producing enough clean water to share with other settlements and send through the Commonwealth by trading with nearby Bunker Hill. They produce enough food to feed themselves but need to trade for scrap and other materials. Due to the healthy trade with Bunker Hill, the settlement builds up rather quickly. By level 3 the settlement boasts 15 beds, a clinic, rooftop bar, a variety of residential areas, bathroom, bathhouse, and a lovely park in the center of the settlement. A player home is available at level 2.
