INTRODUCING NOBODY'S LEADERS 3
Nobody's Leaders 3 is a complete overhaul of Nobody's Leaders 2 and a major expansion of its roster. It brings Fallout 4, DLC, and Sim Settlements 2 characters together in one carefully reviewed Leader Pack, with 161 leaders in total.

- 74 recruitable characters from SS2, Chapter 2, and Chapter 3
Every Fallout 4 leader's traits and weaknesses were reviewed and adjusted to better match the character's history, personality, skills, and role in the game. NBL3 also adds every recruitable SS2 character from all three chapters, with their SS2 leader traits represented in the pack.

THE OPTIONAL NBL3 LEADER PANEL
NBL3 includes an optional F4SE + PrismaUI module that provides a new way to browse and assign city leaders. The panel opens from the City Planner's Desk and presents the available leader roster as a clear, searchable collection of cards.
- Browse registered SS2 leader cards in one dedicated interface.
- See each leader's major trait, minor traits, weaknesses, and full trait descriptions.
- Search leaders by character name or trait.
- Filter the roster by installed Leader Pack.
- Show or hide unavailable leaders.
- Sort available leaders above unavailable leaders.
- See the availability information used by SS2.
- See which settlement an assigned character currently leads.
- See when a character is restricted to leading specific settlements.
- Choose between Fullscreen and Windowed display modes.
- Use a responsive layout designed for compact displays through 4K resolutions.
- Reset SS2's Leaders Cache directly from the panel when needed.
- Open SS2's original leader barter menu from within the panel at any time.
Leader availability and assignment remain faithful to SS2. NBL3 uses SS2's normal checks and follows the same assignment process, including the standard SS2 procedural messages and behavior.

WHAT HAS CHANGED SINCE NBL2
- Added all recruitable SS2 characters from Chapters 1, 2, and 3.
- Reviewed and revised the Fallout 4 roster's traits and weaknesses for better character accuracy.
- Added Ben Gibson to the leader roster.
- Added Jezebel correctly after she was unintentionally absent from NBL2's leader list.
- Fixed issues that prevented Preston Garvey and Piper Wright from becoming available as leaders.
- Fixed Sheffield's missing barter-menu description and corrected errors in his name.
- Reworked Automatron support so Isabel Cruz is added after the player spares the Mechanist without replacing the DLC's original quest script.
- Moved Automatron and Vault-Tec Workshop support into NBL3's main plugin through runtime scripts, removing the old separate DLC support plugins.
- Improved leader-card descriptions and corrected smaller formatting and text issues across the pack.

SUPPORT FOR OTHER LEADER PACKS
The optional panel is not limited to NBL3 characters. It reads the Leader Packs registered through SS2 and displays their leaders alongside NBL3's roster. Each pack is identified by its name and author, and its characters receive the same card layout and information wherever that data is available.
NBL3 does not modify SS2's source code. The panel intercepts the normal assign or replace entry point through native game hooks, then relies on SS2's own leader data, availability rules, and assignment path. This approach was discussed with Kinggath and received his permission.
