Question No MISC object after Following Builders Toolkit Chapter 02?

Hallo everone,

I Followed the Builders Toolkit ( Wiki & video) to the letter but when i want to test my new dummy residential plot the console only ever shows that there is a static object no Misc object.
Any idea why that could be the case? I tryed to repeat the whole process multiple times but with the same results - always a missing MSC object and always just the static.

(I am obviously very new to this so forgive my incompetence)

Testing that way may be wonky.
