new idea "repair all" for conqueror

had a grand idea was playing fallout 76 and my settlement was attacked by a scorchbeast and i noticed a key feature fallout 76 has that fo4 doesnt and that is REPAIR ALL the settlements need a repair all feature in fallout 4 especially in conqueror i mean imagine this your going after a new settlement and youre throwing molotalvs and grenadas and the occasional fatboy and youve destroyed some plants and some buildings and such now you have to run around and find all those pesky plants and hidden items that were destroyed cause youre a explosives junkie now imagine the same situation but with a repair all function
 
skk50's settlement attack mod has something like this built in - after an attack has finished, you can have broken items auto-repaired, but of course it will take caps from you for doing so.
i think this is a great idea. if you wreck a place trying to take it over, it stands to reason that to put it back together is going to cost you some caps, which means that as a raider, someone, somewhere is going to suffer!! :)
