New Connections stuck

Spoke to both Lydia and Circe, Circe says she should go turn down offer to Lydia. She just stands there and then nothing happens. I can speak to her again but its the same thing over and over. Completely breaking this questline for me

Try doing it with dialogue camera on if you don't? Maybe that could be a fix.

thats the problem, the dialogue camera holds on her for a LONG pause after she says she will go talk to Lydia, then nothing happens

I know this sounds stupid but... try it without dialogue camera?
Also companions might get in the way if you have any with you. And I'd try positioning myself different when talking. Sorry if all this sounds like a shitty attempt at fixing it because it is.

I have the same problem here. She stucks even without companions.
