Don't mind the name forgot to change it , anyways i cant seem to export this layout to make a city plan with it just want to see if anybody else can try loading the settlement up with transfer settlements and exporting it for a city plan. i use all the addon packs but i think this one has some ohana Tuvia and maybe ss2 extended and pra's probably not all of those but i use a few of their stuff. any help is appreciated cause at this point I'm stuck I've already deleted a few non ss2 things so it should be all vanilla and ss2 at this point.

I gave it a go, but the plots didn't have plans built and when I scrapped my previous settlement it took the existing power lines...
(and I think Transfer settlements isn't fully compatible with SS2 and may contribute to power grid issues)
If you have a save game it might be easier, as I don't have any 'limited' mod games that have done Taking Independence, and Big Guns to get the Castle to a "fresh" state - and a save would just mean loading up, going to the work bench and exporting.

Yeah I tried loading it as well and noticed that I’ll upload a save tomorrow. Thanks for trying the only thing I see on the log sticking out is something with workshop framework so not sure why it’s own esp would show as an issue unless it’s it’s the wasteland reclamation mod but that’s all vanilla stuff.

either way sorry I’ll upload a save tomorrow after work.

This was done on my City Plan Contest profile so it has most of the add-ons and hardly anything else.
I saw the pop-up of mods when loading and saw Clean my Settlement, so I enable that and Raze my Settlement too as I thought you probably have that.
Then when loaded and trying to export I kept getting CTD around 37-40% progress. I scrapped all the plots to rule them out and still got CTD.
Next I disabled Clean & Raze as they effect settlement objects, and that seemed to do the trick as I got layout to export successfully.

NOTE: The 1x1 Residential inside to the right of the workbench didn't have a plan for me so I may be missing its particular add-on.

I would suggest to create a layout from the log file attached, import it into a fresh settlement, and check over that plot.
Then you can try to export to your own log file for the city plan. It might be related to either Clean or Raze or both, I only tried with both disabled.

Just another thing I noticed, 3 of your the Internal are 'floating'
Martial plot by the radio - fix with: modpos z -12
In the internal room, Fits Two - fix with: modpos z -4
In the internal room, Double Bed - fix with: modpos z -9
When I do modpos I always put in a zero value (modpos z 0) after moving something - stops fuzzy objects, and with plots they will need either a pick up and TAB drop or Refresh once done.
Remember if you were to change them you will need to do it for all levels to avoid power grid issues.

thank you this is super helpful and same for the fixes i appreciate it a lot , i generally spend a good 2 to 3 hours on a settlement then after playing a while ill go back and add or change stuff , so it would have taken me a while to find those. as for the 1x1 its was maslaba 2 or 4 people bunkbed setup. i had disabled clean my settlement as well but still got the crashing so guess ill have to disable them both from now on its weird to cause ive always used them when designing settlements that way i can clear stuff out fast.

either way thank you for this its very helpful to me.

also not quite there with the multi level yet as i generally build only for me and I'm not sure the more basic stuff appeals to many. but im thinking of trying it in sanctuary since i have a couple zones i think breaking it into 3 parts would be a little easier there, cause i could do the port section as level 3, then some of the extra martial plots and industrial as 2, with the beds and stuff for 5 settlers as 1 but the level 0 is what screws me up cause to me starting is what id consider level 1 but for settlement contests you need a base level plus 3 is my understanding.

Yes, 4 levels are required fore the contest, and different creators used different methods, or even depending on the settlement.
I build level 3 first and then de-level it. My level 0 are typically are for about 7-9 settlers, then stepping it up from there.
Some build up, and other may build level 2 first, then add for Level 3 and subtract for the lower levels.

There's the spreadsheet from Kinggath (somewhere in the forums, sorry I have a copy on my computer I use now) that can help plan out for balance, although my competition builds are not really for the hardcore players on survival as there are so many objects and plots to support.

Yeah I don’t build for survival I build to have a balanced settlement , then I build a store or two as well as a industrial or 2 as well as caravan and water and power. I may try my hand at doing a leveled city plan but in a couple weeks far cry 6 arrives and then it’s a few weeks of that before I’ll worry about fallout again.

I am also having this problem. it wasn't an issue in my early game but around Level 30 and five or so settlements established trying to export crashes every time. I hope this is resolved soon so I can continue my playthrough.

if you have clean my settlement, try disabling that i think that's what was causing the issues for me that and BNS trees mod gave me export issues for some reason. but yes, I think settlement export needs some tweaking to work better to many issues with other mods that can prevent export or just crash it.
