My thoughts on the triangle of death.

So cleaning up the garbage and such in sanctuary can actually make it unstable? Isn't that... weird? It would have less to render, rather than more.

I didn't see that anywhere... Smoother to me, but then, loses it's immersion.

not sure why, but you've removed all context from that statement. if you clean up and break precombines, then it doesnt matter where you do it, your performance will tank. its not about how many things get rendered. otherwise any time you built a settlement you'd be adding objects and the game would crawl.

Removing leaves and such is not the main issue I was referring to. It is the removal of the houses. If you remove them and then look at the area from a distance the game will still try displaying them. When you are in the settlement if you stand in certain spots it can cause a flicker of the old houses still being there.

I have played with and without using scrapping mods. When you play without, then play with, and then without again you can definitely see the stability difference. Now I just stick with what Place Everywhere can safely remove.

If ya think about it we abuse and beat the crap out of the game engine way beyond what the developers intended. How is it such a surprise it breaks?
