Question My raiders hate my dogs

I had a weird encounter last night. I got a notice that my slave outpost was being attacked (just the small quest, not the one that yields xp) and I headed over to help. We quickly stomped the invading Gunners, but my people kept attacking the junkyard dogs that are part of the martial plots after the quest completed. Dogs would go down, then revive and they would start shooting again (and throwing grenades, injuring themselves). The dogs were not hostile when I checked in VATS. I ran away, hoping that things will settle down when I go back as I didn't want to execute the dogs. Any idea how long in-game I should wait before entering the cell again to see if they go back to normal?

P.S. I love that we can now get the vassal outposts to upgrade - I'd stupidly taken over Abernathy while it was level 0 and only making 4 food total. It is now a thriving farming community, although one with an attitude problem when I go to visit and make sure the crops are doing well!
 
Around 7 days? or just do console commands:
make sure youre in an interior first

setgs iHoursToRespawncell 1

set timescale to 99999

wait one second

setgs iHoursToRespawncell 168

set timescale to 20

99999 is a bit too much but you catch my drift


Also dogs most likely bite the raiders or got attacked by one of them using a rocket launcher or something and caused them to be agro to raiders, bugthesda engine stuff
 
Oh wait no. Now I see it.

I'm having this too, turrets and even dogs amongst dogs and brahmin seem to hate each other, settlement is a mayhem now, im guessing dogs got mixed up with other mod's dogs leveled lists and they use different factions so they aggro against each other, some script or special quest to remove every doggie you capture from their current factions and add them to a new one isolated from all the other ones and friendly towards the raider gang and settlement turrent faction would be an ideal fix

explains a alot of *other* issues ive ben having recently.
Wouldnt it be best if the dogs are set to mortal when you vassal/conquer settlements so they get removed?
I've noticed that the CC dogs that you rescue are called enslaved after you enslave an outpost.

as for turrets yeah i had a crack team of about 7 raiders nearly max ranked get murdered by their own turrets, not very funny imo.
