Old Post Multiple blueprints appear to overlap, can't delete everything

Ive been using this fine mod for quite a while now, allmost all of my cities are level 3. Than I came across this settlement in Greygarden and saw this:
Example 1.jpgSafe to say that something went wrong here. It probably is my fault but I can't seem to fix it. I suppose it could have something to do with the seperate 'complex city blueprint pack' I downloaded and later removed. Anyway, whenever I go to 'city manager' in my pipboy and try to nuke the entire settlement and everything in it not everything is removed (far from it even). Lots of buildings and structures remain or parts of them floating in the air.
'refresh city' was acually the first thing I tried but it just builds through the 'remaining structures' without deleting them.
Did some searching and came across a tip from Kinggath about 'sim settlements helper' which I installed also, crafted the script, ran it with no avail.
I installed 'transfer settlements' (which also has a 'nuke option') and tried it with that, also many things remained.
The console command 'scrapall' removed way more items but often crashes my game and still not everything was gone.
When in 'workshop mode' one doesn't see the 'scrap' option for many of the things that remain 'unscrapped', like in these pictures:
Example 2.jpg
As you can see the 'scrap option' doesn't appear in workhop mode.
Example 3.jpg
Example 4.jpg

Sadly this is not all.
There appear to be 3 seperate workshops in the same settlement:
Workshop 1.jpg
Workshop 2.jpg
Workshop 3.jpg
I know, I made a big mess, sorry about that.

If there would be an option to totally undo everything sim settlements has done I would probably do it, but I would rather have a less drastic solution if there even is one.
If I could start over with all of my settlements it wouldn't be THAT much of a deal since sim settlements does everything automatically which is why I like it so much.

I hope anyone can help me with this and if there is more info needed just ask.
Thanks.

Load a save from before you "nuked" the city, or used scrapall. Go to the City Planners desk. Select "Refresh City". Wait a few moments, and it should fix it.

Actually, that's the first thing I did, Guess I forgot to mention that sorry. Ill edit my first post to include it.
But since you replied I tried again but this time I deleted all of the planner desks and build a new one, from here I did the refresh city. Thing is, there is happening 'something' but the main problem appears to be that a whole bunch of structures are (and remain) unscrappable.

update:
So Ive tried to reinstall the 'complex bueprints' and set greygardens to use them.
After that tried 'local self destruct' and 'use full charges' to try and remove all the clutter. I've waited a FULL HOUR (realtime), (Im very patient when it comes to rescuing my save) and seen a few statusbars from my settlement (food, water, defence) go from full, to -3, to -2, to full again, to -1, to full again. It's a good thing this still changed over time becouse there is nothing else (besides the occasional change in statusbars or the occasional explosion) that indicate something is going on. I wished there was some indication of that like in 'transfer settlements' where there is an actual progress bar with 'items remaining' even. I'm not shure if one is supposed to have a message when the self destruct is complete, becouse I didn't.
Anyway, this is what (part of) my settlement looks like after the 'self destruct':
after nuke.jpg

I still wished there was a solution for this. Nothing works, can't scrap anything that remains in greygarden.
Shurely there is someone here that has a solution.

try rebuild local data city holotape >tools>>config tools

don't know if that will help tho

Thanks for the reply,
I did what you suggested but there doesn't appear to happen anything.
Also I didn't see a message that the rebuild was complete, I don't know if that is supposed to happen. Judging from other functions like 'rebuild city' I don't think there is one.

Like I said before, I also have the 'sim settlement helper' mod that is supposed to enable all sim settlements buildings to be scrappable, but I don't know if one has to do anything besides enabling the mod to have it work.
Maybe you or anyone else knows?

I suppose it could have something to do with the seperate 'complex city blueprint pack' I downloaded and later removed.
The items I see, all look like they are from the complex city blueprint. Once you removed it, the game no longer knows who those items belong to.

If you have a save from *before* you installed the complex plan, and you don't want to use the complex plans, revert to that,

If you are happy to use the complex plans, revert to a save that had the complex plans installed.

If you can't/won't do that, I'm afraid there is only one option left.

Hard save your game, remove the city leader. you need to scrap everything you can by hand. (I find running "scrapall" in the console usually works. If it doesn't the game will crash.)

Now, whatever is left over, you will need to select and disable it in the console. Once you have disabled everything you want gone - leave the area and sleep/wait 3 days for the cell to reset.

Come back and start a new plan.

Most mods really can't be removed mid-game. Bethesda themselves said it's unsupported. This is a good example of what can go wrong.

It's likely you've moved on as this post is many months old, but anyone else who runs into this: Install Place Everywhere, and press the Insert key. This puts you into a mod where you can scrap anything that was placed by SS, just be careful not to scrap things like water pools which can't be put back.

If Local Self Destruct didn't work for this, then the items were disconnected from the settlement somehow, likely removal of a mod mid playthrough caused some sort of issue with the workshops array. The Place Everywhere solution will at least let you manually scrap the items.
