Question Movement problems

I originally posted this problem in workshop framework since the issues seemed to become worse on the last update.
The basic problem is that movement seems to be borked when I have Workshop Plus active. If I disable the mod, then things work the way they should. Originally the problem started with changing levels (like going up a step into a residence). I was able to use the fly feature to bypass this, so I didn't think much of it. Next I started to have problems with flying in workshop mode, but I could usually coax it into working by just exiting and reentering workshop mode.
The latest problem (and again - this just started recently) is that flying doesn't work at all, and I'm no longer able to walk over obstacles - like trash or debris decals. Movement also gets problematical when I start sliding all over the place uncontrollably.
To this point, I've insured that the load order is correct for Workshop Framework (because originally I thought this was related to the recent upgrade). I've uninstalled and reinstalled version 1.04 of Workshop Plus. I've uninstalled v 1.04 and replaced it with v 1.03. None of this works. I'd kinda like to keep Workshop Plus, since it has so many nice features, but it's a question of have it installed and have to get out of workshop mode to walk three feet to my next action, or just go mostly vanilla.
I'd appreciate any ideas to fix this. I'll try just about anything.

Solved it! At least for me.
I started having problems elsewhere in FO4. Specifically, the quest Nuclear Option was behaving horribly - locking up at various times, going completely non responsive when I tried to save - stuff like that. I remember that I had this same problem on a previous play through for a Nuka World quest. At that time, one of the suggestions was to disable Scrap Everything. I did that again here and the quest behaved normally. Just on a whim, I re-enabled Workshop Plus. I've tested in two settlements now and with Scrap Everything disabled, Workshop Plus works normally. As a general FYI, I've replaced Scrap Everything with Spring Cleaning. It replaces most of the functionality and appears to behave better overall.
I have no explanation why a mod I've been using for years suddenly started to cause problems. I'm not declaring that Scrap Everything is bad - this is just an observation that with the mod removed other mods (and the base game) work as they should.
I'm back to being happy (as if anyone cares) and I can continue my insane builds. Thanks for putting up with my stupid questions, guys!

Not stupid questions - just didn’t have answers for you. :) Sounds like it was a very niche issue.

If you decide that you’d like to try a cleaing mod which doesn’t break precombines:

It can’t get all of the unsightly junk without breaking precombines, however it does manage a lot of the more obnoxious and some of the subtle stuff.

Thank you for this post as I too was having the same challenge with movement using workshop+.
I, sadly, did not have the same solution as you did.

I tried uninstalling scrap everything. Still no luck.
I tried spring cleaning (with add-ons). Still could not move in workshop mode.
Uninstalled spring cleaning. Still no luck.
uninstalled workshop+ and reinstalled spring cleaning. Now I can move again in workshop mode.

don't know what is happening, but at least I can move again.
