More types of 1x1's

I think a lot of times you modders just run out of inspiration and something liek this can give you that spark.
You could use the butcher idea for a 1x1. Think of Polly in Diamond City.

@Bored Peon I got a start on the butcher's plot, will give it a little bit to think about how the 1x1 will go. Or I might first start on the water plot or fishing plot. If I can find time tonight. Will try to see about getting L3s sorted then downgrade can be easy enough. I will probably do really close to the butcher plot image for L1 & then something in between for L2. The 1x1 with its own building may have to be a bit light on decorations due to space. Maybe I will lean more towards the ice box for the 1x1. Or perhaps having the ice box in use for Advanced versions?

For the water I personally as a player am mostly after Advanced Water 1x1, but might be good to have Basic too since I think some players might not often see the higher tiers. Perhaps High Tech, though a bit unsure how best to have it.
