More Attractive Interior Plots?

So I very much like pristine looking plots (not the typical fallout style) and use solely Kevbal's home and agricultural plots for exterior plots, but I'm finding that at a lot of the settlements are small and don't have enough room for everything. I've started building multi-story buildings with a "mall" on the bottom and a hotel/apartment complex on the top for however many beds I still need.

However, the styles just don't match and I've taken to furnishing them myself, but I miss the clutter and development. Are there any attractive interior plots out there?

Ha, I was trying to think of the least offensive way to word it, but it was also like 1 or 2 AM for me. They're all well done and I appreciate the work that goes into them, the styles just aren't for me.

I looked it up and I actually have wanted to download yours, but unfortunately I don't have Far Harbor. Would it break my game or would some things just not work/show up?
 
As always, Kinggath only makes a few basic plots. Then it's time for the add-on makers to add the little extra. I'm sure we will see several more interior plots in just a few weeks.
 
none of mine are pristine but I have a kitchen and loungeroom and laundry that maybe usefull:)
and the mini bedroom:)
 
I love your interior plots uituit and have been using them quite a lot. The kitchen and laundry are great and the minis are brilliant. Not only for filling in those tiny spaces in the vanilla buildings, but even when you’re just building something up yourself they add a lot of possibilities. I have one spot where I have a lounge with a smoking room on top of it at a right angle with place anywhere which leaves a space that I stuck a couple of those new arcade games and it makes for quite the little hang out spot.

heaps of little rooms in sanctuary and a guy on utube was asking KG for smaller plots so I just used 1x1 of the internal plot and they came out well:) and the ends can be overlapped so that was cool to:)

Someone is using the Creation Club arcade and donut shop mods to make internal plots so they should be interesting if u own those mods ,not sure when he will be ready to release though
 
I think you could use SimHomestead without Far Harbor if you do not use the Fish Farm. It's also "choose only" agricultural option, so it shouldn't be randomly built.

The tourists are always hooking up in your shower btw. I just restarted my game but if (j/k when) I add that plot in I'll get a screen shot for you.
