I did not use any addon packs until now so idk how its works.How am i gonna build the buildings comes with addon ? After installing i did not see any difference at sim settlement section ? Am i doing something wrong ?

The addon packs just give additional options in the same plot types, so if you built a martial plot you might get one from Brae's Defences. You won't see different types of plots.
