Any way to make the spawners disappear without having to go back into workshop mode?

You probably need to check the settings in MCM or the Holotape - by the looks of it you have City Markers (not sure if that's the name) set to Always Show.

Thank you for replying! Once I get a chance, I'll see if this is the issue. :)

I've seen this before but I've always found that after leaving workshop mode they do disappear eventually. Sometimes it can take quite a long time (several minutes), depending on what scripts are running in the background

Doing lots of building I get this quite a bit, pretty sure its tied to all the background scripts needing time to catch up.
To help it do it quicker, if you have an ENB, turn it off for a little while (my default toggle key: scr lk) and look at the ground to get max frame rate.
My understanding is that the scripts are tied to framerate, and for me, the higher frame rate the faster it sorts itself out.
Works to speed up city plan building too.

Hmmm, I don't know if it's a good or bad thing that it takes so long for my stuff to disappear then lol.
