Leaders?

I know this is so in my face it probably doesn't merit an answer but how do I find the leaders associated with Industrial City? I know that there is a robot associated with a quest from a post in the nexus thread but that's all I see on either of them. I've gone through the Q&A and posts and have googled and it's such a downer on my self esteem I hope someone can help me this. I haven't played around with the leaders other than vanilla so I apologize if it's something obvious but I have been searching for a full day now.

hey, no worries.

If I understand your question? Industrial Revolution? If you are new and using this expansion and not ROTC just have fun and don't worry about the leaders. :grin

Rise of the Commonwealth (ROTC) uses city leaders with the city plans, assigned from the desk. Mostly, at least for this response, they are vanilla followers.

ATM there are only the 2 in Industrial City, CLAM (the one with the quest) and Supervisor White.

This answer kind of answers both of you. No I am not new to industrial revolution, this is towards the addon pack Industrial City. I'm sorry if this made it into the wrong section.
I am aware that there are two new leaders. My question is, do those leaders exist in the game now that I have installed the Industrial City addon pack? I know there are supposed to be city leaders, but I never use them. Where do I find these specific new ones to put them in charge of a city? I usually do my own thing with settlements but I want to dabble in handing them over in settlements I haven't touched to see what they come up with.

Basically what I am asking is, I have a settlement and I want to move one of your leaders to it so I can use them instead of a vanilla follower. How do I get these people? Also, thanks for answering

My bad. I even have mytigio's add-on. Looks like I need to do some reading also.

I think he meant Clem vs. Clam. Clem is in vault 88 after the overseer quest.
Supervisor White is a robot in Gray Garden

Both are in the vanilla game.

Thank you! I didn't realize White from Gray Garden was one of them. I thought the name was familiar. I've been holding off on Vault 88 on this playthrough so no wonder I missed that. Very much appreciated, this has been driving me crazy!

It is CLAM, not Clem. It´s a Robot (as all of mytigio´s theme)
Don´t know how to get it though, it is after a quest for sure.

0.9.5 is up.

Adds my new custom Robot leader: C.L.A.M. Obtained through a short quest.

So, making "endless" leaders isn't feasible with the way the system works today, however making build-able leaders is possible (in fact, my next leader that I'm releasing is a build-able leader named CLAM, an offshoot of PAM designed for city construction and management.

The unique robot system I mention in my latest patch notes makes it feasible to make as many robot leaders built at my factories as I can think up, although in general making truly random traits isn't feasible. I can make several leader cards per leader and have it randomly select which one it uses (although I'm not sure I will).

huh, I think Charlie would be a great name for a robot :grin. Being a robot must be a bummer, always having an acronym for a name. I’m going to have to un-watch the thread so someone does not spoil it for me... Quests are a good thing.

See I didn't see any of that in the description. That is the only problem with moving sim settlements to this site instead of using Nexus. If you just play and aren't following constantly and checking posts, you will be lost easily in the updates because people are barely updating the description. Supervisor White is a screw up on my part. I thought, "New Leader, must not be a vanilla character." and didn't even realize it was a character I have seen a hundred times.

I am not bashing this forum, don't get me wrong. This is an amazing group of modders that actually have me modding a Bethesda game for the first time (except graphic and sound updates for Morrowind) and it's good that it can be all grouped this way.

Appreciate the help, guys. I will be looking for C.L.A.M. since I guess he's not in Vault 88 according to Rocola. (makes sense because I didn't remember a robot being in there) I don't mind figuring it out. I just thought it was something obvious I was missing.

the quest for CLAM starts by looking at one of the notes on the level 3 Dispatcher billboard.

The notes you get are random, so it might take several days to appear.
