LBPAC (Power Armor mod) May contain spoilers regarding this mod

Anybody using this mod? I'm having a bit of a trouble where I cannot be certain if some of the spawns are intentional by the mod maker or am I having a mod conflict / load order issue. I'm having my LBPAC-mod as one of the last to load so I'm fairly certain it not a load order issue. So my issue is that there is a X01 spawn (complete set) at Mass Bay Medical center and I think that there should not be any...now that I think about it SS2 certainly changes the whole interior. But SS2 is one of the first mods to load so I still think there is something wonky. I opened the mod in Xedit but really could not tell heads or tails of this matter...

In the SS2 version of Mass Bay Medical Center (Calling ER for the Nightingales), the Power Armor there is T-45, the same as in the vanilla version.

Most Power Armor sitting in frames in the world (with a few noteworthy exceptions, the one in Concord for example, or the ones with custom paintjobs in the DLCs) is "leveled" - meaning what you'll find there depends on what level your player character is the first time they go near it (or into that interior, for inside locations).

Interesting... my character just entered Mass Bay Medical Center at Level 28 - 30, don't remember atm. Isn't the T-45 the low end PA?
I never noticed that the Power Armor sets were different when encountered dependent on level. I've always thought there were just there as is.

There's a catch to it though. The way I described it is how it works, however most zones in the game (exterior zones, interior cells, etc) have a 'level range' of a min and max level, and any leveled lists therein will only be within that range even if the player character's level is outside of it.
An easy example: Concord, and the Raiders in the main street thereof, are always Level 1.

Ok. I know how vanilla power armor / frame system works. I was just wondering if you guys have LBPAC mod and know how it works. It mostly removes frames that are out in the open world and those that remain require some effort to get to. I am level 33? currenty but it was too easy to get to meantioned x01 so it feels a bit cheating....atleast if it is supposed to be inferior t45 or not spawn at all

According to the Leveled Lists, 33 is well and truly enough to start seeing X01 - in fact, it technically starts showing up in the Leveled Lists at player level 28.
I do agree that's pretty ridiculously low, with Modern Game Design making things such that you're expected to only play one character forever. I've never even heard of anyone hitting the 'first soft cap' on player level in FO4 of 264 (all bobbleheads gathered, SPECIALs all maxed, all perks maxed), though...
