I need to know, is area is supposed to look like this?
When I started the city this was how it created the "base".

I am not even sure what is going on here, it looks like an addon is adding ground bits to your plots that is breaking the plot boundaries, and shouldn't be there...... the two plots on top of the hill, can you look at the plaques and tell me what addon they are from?

I bet you are right! I have a couple of mods that use over-sized plots. (ERG) I just didn't think about SS ROTC using them on the foundation level etc. (my bad) Now I have to figure out how to keep Sim Settlements from using those, I like some of them for independent builds so really don't want to have to uninstall the addon, but hate having to go in and check and change every build. I'm going to log in and see what I can figure out.

Ah! RotC makes extensive use of base Sim Settlement plots so you can't have oversized plots spawning. One easy idea: In the holotape look for "auto-made plots" and select "builder's choice". I've read it won't be perfect, designers haven't included their favourite option for every plot, but it might be enough for your problem (?).

unfortunately, I couldn't add my own addon to builder choice... I think the scav shak would look fantastic on the hillside next to the lighthouse :) hah

A lot of the addon authors have been switching the oversized to player choice only, means they shouldn't be showing up in the random lots. Maybe the author hasn't gotten around to it yet...

Fixed it, was Junk Town Addon mod and I believe Jibs

I did notice that. I really wish ALL the addon mod players would give a list on their mod page of the names & size of each plot. So I can go to the City Planner desk and ban them for the automated cities. I'll still use them in my personal builds tho.

I found that option, also remembered how to do local bans on build plans. BIG help there!

@Cybelemoon What version of Junktown are you on? @uituit placed all oversized plots on player-select a few updates ago. If you have the latest version, something could be wrong with the installation (unless he missed some ...)

Yes, you are correct on that, I noticed that was working right. It was actually the Junk town fences mod and the other one was Jib's Residential. For some reason the JT fences shows up in the rotation for residential plots. That is why I had like a five plot long section up there. I'm not sure if the Junk town extreme will need to be manually banned for local ROTC settlements. I'll find out soon enough tho, just installed it. It looks awesome! LOL (I really have way too many mods!!!)

Actually, I had those, too. These two even block the path from the fast travel mat.

Altogether four or five, plus a few floating pieces of food from a plot interior. I waited until Kingsport reached level 3 and they were still there so I deleted them manually.

I have no idea where those are coming from... That's all the way down by the original boat yea?

Thank you.... I will check that out.... working on kingsport fixes right now :)

@ruinedworld Did you get the report on the junk fence blocking the martial plot access?
Oh, and the blueman sitting at the end of the bar causes the tires to bug out when entering workshop mode and leaves tires clipped allover the place and NPC's sitting in mid air.
Oh.. and the cart with the wood junk on it, and the Junk yard has the same piece bug out because of physics.

Thank you. those tires are not supposed to have physics hah.... I will look into that as well

I also have floating beds/sleeping bags/mattresses around the pier and under the stairs leading from the very bottom (where the 2 commercial plots on the water are).
Also, not a bug, but level 3 (maybe 2?) conflicts with the Red Wave, a boat gets put down and it clips right through the red wave - which is a nothing but a minor inconvenience haha.
This is how the Red Wave docks:

The back half of the boat gets.. assimilated by another xD

Busiest port in the commonwealth!! Looks like the harbormaster has his hands full!! That's unfortunate, I was pretty sure the redwave anchored off the shoreline, and not actually on the dock.... The only way to fix that at this point would be to have a redwave compatible city plan, and I would need to wait until the multiple plans options are opened up to us. Are they sitting exactly on top of each other or just slightly rammed together?
