Fixed Jammer stuck after defending from gunners

After I defend the settlement from gunners I go and talk to jammer and he says his dialog and then if I back out of the dialog menu I am unable to talk to him again. (if I talk to him and tell him to take a settlement instead of backing out he will work fine until I talk to him again)

Did you double check if you're running 4.0.1 because a few hours later there was a 4.0.1A patch that seemed to fix the problem for me.

I saw something about a 4.0.1A on here but I didnt know how to install it and I didnt see it on the nexus I am super new to f04 modding so anything that isnt on the nexus I dont know how to install
