Jake not being attacked in Olivia.

Hi all. I went through the story of chapter one ages ago but with the new chapters, I’m replaying. When I’m in Olivia for Scaver’s delight, I cleared the raiders outside and inside. I’m sure I’ve killed all of the raiders inside.

I know there are supposed to be a couple raiders that spawn in and shoot Jake but they aren’t. I tried using the console to have them spawn in. I got a message to help him but, he is still standing at the computer.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Whenever that quest glitches out for me I walk outside, leave the cell (either fast travel to concord and then back or walk there and then back) and when I re-enter it usually proceeds correctly.
