Issues with Production Added to Vendor Lists - Ag Plots?

I've been dedicating time to playing the game more lately to try to get a player perspective on things and maybe figure out where there are certain gaps in the existing lineup of building plans and I've noticed a few things that don't seem to be functioning the way they should be. For one thing, I set many of my ag plots to have "production" in the sense that they would send a certain amount of produce to the general stores. I'm not the only one who did this as it seems to me to be a pretty intuitive way of leveraging the dynamic economy that SS2 makes possible. Otherwise all the ag plots are basically just decorative, right? Doesn't matter what they have they just produce food numbers.

So far I have not seen this work. I checked and spoke with Tinuvia, because WV seems to use the same method I did to set up production as part of the building plan properties to go to the general store. I double-checked everything in the new BTK and it seems that I have everything set up as it should be. Has anyone else noticed issues with plots that have production not going where they are supposed to? I could certainly change my plots to the old method and have them send stuff to the workbench but I want to take advantage of SS2's systems and actually have the items show up in shops because that was one of the SS2 features I was most excited about. Do any other add-on authors have their ag plots set to send production to stores? If so, have they seen this work in-game? (If so, I'd be relieved to check your add-on for comparison purposes to see if you did it differently).

Have any players using Jampads or Wasteland Venturers seen produce from the ag plots show up in a general store? Anyone seen anything from production plots in general work that way? Maybe I have a misunderstanding of how SS2's systems work and what's possible, but I'm trying to get the sense of whether this is user error/confusion or if it's a bug with production.

No worries about delay. I am building a settlement at Breakheart Banks and have the Bramaluff Ag and old world Diner and the Ag plot is putting stuff in old world Diner and workbench just fine. Seems just needed to let the update do its thing. Other settlement seems to be working good now too. I do need to double check the general stores again for good measure.
Actually, the Old World Diner gets those items whether you have the Brahmiluff plot or not. It's part of the custom vendor leveled list. All the same, it's good to know that it's going into the workbench properly. It really does seem to be a problem with the part of the code that puts the production of the items into the vendor chest.

I will make note of this. I am doing a huge city at Breakheart Banks and everything there works better than any vanilla settlement. The plots just all work at this settlement. It's been a super smooth build. I don't have the same bugs as the same plots on vanilla settlements at all. I have 30 settlers there now and can accommodate 10 more. I haven't had the multiple assignments, all production plots are producing and my vendors are vending and my caravans caravaning. I do get the weird doctor dialog from settlers that aren't doctors but that's due to a non retroactively fixable bug.

After a little testing on a fresh (cheated) save on 1.0.9, the (Industrial-type) plot "[WV] Soap Factory" DOES appear to be outputting grenades/mines into the Weapon Store. About to try the specifically mentioned issue with the Siltbeans->General Store.
Note, though, that this testing was all done without ever leaving the settlement that both the factory and the store are in, which I suspect might actually also be a factor. That DOES seem to be related to food/water plots actually producing any items for you to use into the Workbench, after all...

Testing paused due to running into the "vendors don't stock ANYTHING" "bug" instead - which, after some thought, I'm pretty sure I've only ever had happen on "Bar" and "General Store" subtype shops?

Further testing notes: It turns out that the "vendors don't stock anything" "bug" might not actually be one - vendors doing that ARE getting the product created by plots from the Virtual Storage, they're just not getting the "initial stock" that the "Shops auto-restock" option in the Holotape says they should.
Depicted here are a General Store and a Bar that I thought had that "bug" another ingame 24 hours after me swearing they were "broken". In this same settlement are the plots Production-class "[JP] Down in Moonshine Holler" (which has the wrong 'flavor' text in the build list, btw) and Agricultural "[JP] Screaming Trees". Production seems to be working just fine.

Thanks for doing this testing @yaugieLC. Based on this I decided to do some testing of my own. I changed all my production plots (both industrial and agriculture) to point to vendors and then started a new settlement at starlight on my test save and plopped down all of my plots that had production and a bar and a general store. Then I went and waited in an interior for a whole week in-game. When I came back, everything was stocked as it should have been. The bar had donuts galore to pick from, and the general store was well-stocked with produce. Whatever seemed to be wrong before seems to be have been corrected one way or another. Not sure if it was with the 1.0.8 patch or the 1.0.9, but things seem to be back to the way they were supposed to be. I'll be dropping a patch in the next few days to redirect all of my prod plots back to the vendors. This is great because it is good to see one of the features of SS2 I was most excited about as both a player and a builder back in action!

For sure! With it being essentially the mechanical "reward" endpoint of the whole supply-chain system (or at least part of it), making sure it was working correctly was something I felt was important enough to check.

Yes donuts are back. I have a donut factory in a few settlements.
