Question Issues with exporting settlements

So I'm having two issues with exporting settlements, one is with the export process itself and one is with the activation of exporting.

1) The first one is my export seems to hang at 96 percent, I'm not sure why, if necessary I can provide a load order and any help would be greatly appreciated; but this does also lead me to my second issue:

2) Is there a way to alter the hotkeys, as I've just found out Place Everywhere has an option that allows for removing extra objects without as much lag as Scrap everything, so I'm looking in to dumping Scrap Everything due to the settlement lag it causes and to decrease my mod load. Unfortunately, the option is behind the Insert key, just like exporting settlements seems to be in the Workshop Framework. Is there any way I can bind exporting the settlement to a different hotkey, or no hotkey at all?

You should be able to change the hotkeys for Workshop Framework in MCM.

It doesn't seem to be there for me. I've checked all the submenus for it in the MCM and all I get are sliders, binary (on/off) options and the "Claim Settlement" etc... options. Nothing relating to hotkeys whatsoever. I'm not sure if it's a case of having been removed from the current version or what, but it's just not there for me. Thanks for trying to help though.

I’m away from home for the day, so cannot check directly. Perhaps there’s a holotape as well? I might be wrong regarding it being in MCM.

I'll check my workbenches to see if there's a holotape, I did find one that allows me to open the settlement menu (claim settlement, etc... etc... options) last time I checked, but maybe I missed one that has another option, i'll drop an edit in to this post after I check

Update: Still nope, the workshop framework controls holotape also has no hotkey option.

There does not appear to be a method of changing the hotkey in either MCM or Workshop Framework. Unfortunate.

What you can do is in the WSFW holotape, turn off the workshop alt-activation: Options > Alternate Activation > Manage Workbench: On <<< selecting that toggles to off:

Or you can turn that off in MCM:

Then when you need to manage your workshop, you can do it in the holotape by going to: Tools > Manage Settlement Menu <<< brings up the following screen for settlement management:

I'll give that a try then, if there's no way to change the hotkey I'll see if that works, if not I'll try and find another approach. Thanks for the help!
