Is there a way to reset the plots in a city plan city?

I have been playing Sim Settlements 2 for the first time and am currently 50+ hours in my current play through (also decided to complete the Fallout 4 main story for the first time as well), though last night i realized some weird building plans on one of my cities that blocked parts of the settlement off. So, I decided to check out the city plan on nexus, because i thought there shouldn't be any problem since i downloaded all the addons the city plan selector menu said were needed, but i found out there were several not listed in the in game menu that were listed on nexus, so i checked the other settlements i had set up and they all had the same issue of missing addons. So, i was wondering if there was an easy way to just reset every plot to have the correct building plans, rather than using the refresh city plan, or removing the city plan and replacing it.

This is something we are working on. Can I ask, how large is your load order?

Would you mind posting your load order here?
Sure its actually 95 now because I reinstalled the city plan mega pack only leaving in 1ish entry per settlement to cut down on script lag since i installed a bunch of addons last night.

So this could be helpful for us. Could you list which City Plans you are having problems with, and which settlements they are at? And could you also upload your save file? You will probably have to compress it with something like 7z or winrar.

Sanctuary( Green Hills https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/52896 ), Hangman's Alley( Salvage Yard https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/51480 ), oberland station( The Scavengers' paradise https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/55611), the castle( Minutemen Castle Command https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/59145 ), Greygarden( Simply Settled Greygarden https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/63657 ), Sunshine Tideing Co-op( SummerVil https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/57695 ), and the one I set up that made me realize the issue Egret Tours Marina( Egret Roadhouse https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/53958 ) Though there is nothing built at Egret since i realized right after i set up the city plan rolled back the save and downloaded the required addons through nexus. All these are the settlements I had issues with the requirements not showing with the name of the plan and the link to the plans nexus page in parantheses, though i should note i downloaded all these plans through the contest mega pack and not there respective nexus mods pages. My save was to big to upload here, so I instead uploaded it to Google drive for you

I got your save file and deleted the link you put up for your safety. Thank you very much for all this info. I will be asking what can be done to help you out.

Hey Chef, sorry for the bother, but i was wondering if there was any update on this? I was thinking I might just be able to reapply the city plans and either force upgrade the city plan using the console command back to the level it was at, or just wait it out since most of em were just at lvl 1 anyway. Though I think I may need to manually scrap some stuff on the bigger settlements, cause I always find that the auto scrapper takes forever or freezes on some settlements.

I talked to KG and it seems that there is no good solution to fix them as they are. Your idea of reapplying the city plans is probably the best one. If your still getting plots that are incorrect and they are clipping and such, then I would ask the authors with plots they had intended to go there. If you have any trouble reaching them, please let me know. I have contact with most of the City Planner folks these days. Pictures would help too.

I'm sorry there is no easy way to fix it. This is something we have been working on for quite awhile.

Hey, its no problem at all, I appreciate you for looking into it for me! I will go ahead and reapply the city plans, honestly the mod is such a huge undertaking and is so impressive, I don't mind a little bit of waiting. Again thank you so much, not only for the help, but also the work you all have done on what I would say is the best mod I've ever played for any Bethesda game. Keep up the good work, I will let you know if I have any other issues, and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!
