Is the IDEK Logistics Station out of bounds for the contest?

I am having the IDEK Logistics Station Industrial plot flashing violet. Is the problem the scripts associated with is add on pack?
 
It's probably because the LS is flagged as a manually installed, user chosen plot, so most city plans can't add one to the settlement automatically.
 
I've used it, and it has been appearing correctly with plans made with recent versions of Sim Settlements and transfer settlements. If it can't build, Sim Settlements will simply substitute any other available industrial plot.

Is it the whole plot, or just some items? If it's just some item, don't worry about it.

The metal building part is flashing, it probably is at level 1 of the plot.

I do have the fixed version of the contest mod that doesn't display the negative numbers in the level test script. I did change to the default scrapper industrial station but the dirt overflowed and buried my water pump in Oberland Station. I went back to IDEK and it started flashing after running the test script for needed items for level 3 again.

No big deal I just thought it odd. My city is still not meeting all the needs so I will have to rework a few things over the next week.
 
I just quickly tested it myself. It's not purple for me. I'm going to suggest a re-install of it.

Only the fan is purple. That can be ignored.
 
As yagisan says try a reinstall ,manual install is a better idea .

If there is a problem with that plot it will get replaced when someone builds your plan
 
The only things you can't use, are any of the extra craftable objects. I believe IDEK's has little things you can build on your workbenches, and lockers and things like that - none of that is allowed.

All building plans are allowed though from all add-ons!

It isn't anything I built. I looked further around and found some other plots with flashing items including a bed from Gourmond by Kinggath 20180903221149_1.jpg

Something seems to be messed up in my file. I did do a check and found that I am using City Planner v3.4.2 not v3.4.2b so I will update that tomorrow and see if all the flashing goes away. It only seems to flash items in plots and nothing I assembled out of the City Planner or elsewhere on the construction menu.

I still have to figure out how I am going to squeeze some more food production out when I have used up just about the entire building area. Maybe rip up the outdoor plots and put up a greenhouse if I got the build budget left. That will take some thought.
 
Just ignore the flashing from items that the plots themselves build. I'll have to rewrite the code to skip those.

The only time you have to be concerned with flashing is when you directly place an item and it starts flashing.
