Is anyone working on a Companion and Named NPC themed AddOn?

Out of curiosity, is anyone working on companion/named NPC addons? I think it would be cool to have buildings or internal plot's for companions and some named NPCs. I had some ideas but at present don't have the cycles to follow up.

Cait's Combat Corner

Combat zone theme, some psycho, jet and stimpaks as clutter
Boxing gloves, knuckles and a few other melee objects as well as shotguns appearing at various levels

Curie's Curious Clinic

Medical themed plot that adds more medical related props and clutter as the level increases. Maybe a body on a gurney that she's examined.

Danse's Dugout (or Depot)

BOS themed plot with maybe a Supermutant/Behemoth head mounted on the wall, a tally card showing how many supermutants, ghouls, syths Danse has killed

Deacon's Digs

A covert operations lair for someone operating behind the scenes. Some railroad stealth boys, U.S Covert Operations magazines, wigs or mannequin whose clothing changes at each level

MacReadys' Marksmanship Manor

Long range weapon theme - targets, sniper rifles etc, Little Lamplight/Capitol Wasteland references

Mistress Marcy's

We all know she loves inflicting pain on others (she's just dealing with it in her own way). A dominatrix themed plot seems appropriate - batons, resized boards as paddles, chains hanging down etc

Mama Murphy's Meeting Place

Mama Murphy's chair, some mattresses and a crapload of drug paraphenalia secreted everywhere. Maybe a sign or 'in' trays marked with signs - going to see, seen it, wish I hadn't seen

Preston's Paradise (or Prestons Panic Room)

Minuteman themed plot with map of commonwealth with maybe some Minutemen flags on some locations, a ham radio so he can keep in contact with the castle and keep harassing the General. Maybe a sign with "Hours since a settlement needed help" As the level of the plot increases an 'in' tray or pile of folders labelled "Settlements needing help" changes in the size (either down or up) or a chalkboard with 'I will not bother the General about settlements" written on it

Strong's Stronghold

A supermutant themed plot with melee weapons spawning depending on level, maybe with a chalkboard with 'Got Milk?' written repeatedly on it. As the level progresses different containers of labelled 'milk' appear - cat milk, brahmin milk, human milk and an empty container labelled human kindness.

Sturges' Sweatshop

A workshop/construction themed plot (with lots of duct tape) to keep Sturges happy.

Valentine's Venue

Detective themed plot - magnifying glasses, filing cabinets, detective case files everywhere

X6-88 (couldn't come up with an appropriate alliteration)

Theme would be tracking and killing, locker with a courser uniform visible (or synth armor, courser uniform spawning), various institute weapons and clutter.

Ever since I've started running with Deacon I've wanted to build Casa del Deacon, with a morturary built into a secret door. It would even have molerat chili in the kitchen. Someday. Someday.

Very neat idea.

I'm hoping to get some time over the weekend to flesh out some of my ideas (even if it's only in the game and roughing out some design structures using the vanilla resources) - my original Deacon pad was probably going to be a bookcase door at the rear of the house. Now you've got me thinking of using something like the original railway entrance or maybe the University credit union secret entrance.

Way too many ideas and not enough time (Glory's Hole, Tinker Tom's Toyshop, Mechanist Mini-Lair, BOS Scribe, BOS Paladin themed plots with analogues for Minutemen (artilleryman/Ronnie Shaw Armory), Institute etc.) Now I should get off the forum and start on making my ideas a reality.

This is a great idea, and something I always hoped someone would take advantage of the VIP system for!

To speed up dev, you can even use the existing Sim Settlements buildings and just redecorate them for the NPC. The VIP actor value system allows you to configure special decoration sets just for this. The only thing you would need to create, is a script to dynamically apply your VIP Actor Values to the corresponding NPCs.

If you decide to pursue this idea and need help with the scripting part, I'm sure we can help you out.
