Industrial plots not working right?

I have a strange situation with my industrial plots. When you hover over them with hover display enabled it says that the daily produced resources for that plot are double what they actually produce in the virtual workbench. For example, take a lvl 3 building materials plot and it produces 50 steel for the virtual workbench. However when you hover over it it says it produces at least double that daily, for example 105 steel. I also dont know if this is related but at the same time the same plots do not require a "solid" power amount. What I mean by this is that they do not require "1" power or "2" power to operate but they simply require a simple source of power such as the radiant source you would need for the standard light bulb. When you look in view details it says "0" next to power even though it is lvl 2 and/or 3 plot, and this is for all my industrial plots even if they are directly connected to the power grid so it is a little strange. Could I get some suggestions on how to fix this? If more info is needed in order to help solve this, such as screenshots or enabled/disabled settings, don't hesitate to ask me.

I have attached my load order below. Also I recently went through my settlement and found out that the "0" power problem is not just limited to my industrial plots but to all of my other plots as well. Edit: I also noticed something else when going around my settlement, The extra amount of resources that does not show up on "produced" is also added to my virtual storage making basically half of my entire virtual storage full of nothing but still filled.

Theres at least a few issues going on with the Virtual Storage production and display numbers; people with a good eye for code are trawling through it trying to figure it all out, but its quite a complex system to try to fully grasp at that level.
Hell, a single misplaced minus sign made it in until like 1.0.9 or something and was the cause of several flow on issues.
