Suggestion Incorporate player homes (including mod homes)

I've been reading through hundreds of quest and new lands mods at Nexus. Seems like if I downloaded a select group of these mods (and creation club content) I'd end up with 50-100 player homes across the Wastelands on top of a couple dozen new settlements.

Would be neat if Sim Settlements could take advantage of these homes in some way that makes it rewarding to download those mods, and obtain these houses from the mods and CC.

Some ideas...
a.) AirBnB Real estate empire? Gain investment income from the player homes via a SimSettlements management company? Like what if you head to one of your two dozen homes for a nap, but find the door is locked because it's occupied that day, lol.

b.) Leadership retreat? Your local leaders are more effective because the more houses you have give a rest and recuperation bonus to your settlement leaders because supposedly they can go and vacation there when needed.

c.) Crime empire? Player homes can act as crack houses, drop places, brothels for illicit income. Recruit hookers or drug dealers from the commonwealth to setup shop in them for extra income? And... the occasional gift of armor, weapon, or supplies?

d.) Safe houses? the more houses you have, the more intel you get ahead of a Sim Conquerors battle that help you turn tide of battle via buffs/penalties.

e.)Turf battles? Occassionally have to clear houses of bad guys?

had another funny idea to add.

Summary Eviction: assuming there was a game mechanic where you can rent out your homes and get caps every few days, every once in a while there should be a random eviction event where you have to forcibly remove the occupants (or charisma check, convince them to.)

In fact, maybe that should be an option for a rare encounter/event in residential plots at regular settlements.
