Closed I found an uncapatable mod

it causes agricultural lots to get stock as mud mounds and not grow any crops

Any mod that alters default items that ss uses will cause issues. You could try changing your load order and see if that fixes is but i doubt it.

*Prefix changed to "Not a bug". A bug on this forum would be classified as an issue with the mod in question which on this forum is Sim Settlements and all addons for it. Sim Settlements has no reason to update to accommodate an mod like "Farming Equalized". It may however be added to the list of incompatible mods.
