Question Huge file size/create time for exporting Mechanist Lair

All of my exports in this place have over 7,700kb and take close to an hour to make, then produce crashes. I have Raze/Clean my settlements installed but only use the former for body removal and gathering all junk. The latter only on level 3 city plans after its all done. Also, I have no mods which extend the size of a settlement ... other than place anywhere. Everything in this case is within the build zone. Any help appreciated. Fairly new and first post.

edit Forgot to add, this even happens when making "Untouched" and "Salvaged" versions of the city plan.
