HQ Reset Issue

So it turns out this issue was caused by a clone of a vanilla NPC we made.

It is indeed a cell reset being manually called from Papyrus, and cell resets from papyrus do not trigger the OnReset event - so we had no idea. Fortunately the creator of Buffout had the tools to monitor this in real time and found the troublemaker.

Is this bug still present even if we have not reached the HQ part yet or Chapter 2 on our save prior to updating?
 
As I understood you have to reach to the GNN cell (or where this NPC is) before 30 days (from the start of your save I guess) to experience the bug

as far as i know its a bug specific to the HQ cell so if u have not reached the hq yet and most likely not gotten past the hq build tutorial u should be fine, personaly i currently leave this quest hanging with just the first few rooms build.
Luckely i can proseed with the main quest just gotten past pridwin arival so got plenty of stuff to do while waiting for the solutions and can stil start FCR so i have time :cool:

i just would like to have a indication i checked my safe games and i had one with dark horizons still active at game date 7.25.2288 and am busy with how to hq at date 8.31.2288 should that mean i normaly am safe with patch L ?
cant find a safe that stil is closer to Ch2 start :-(
