Question How to deal with props left behind when removing plot?

Some plots(specially a few from addons) have a tendency to leave some of its decoration props behind when I scrap, move or change the plot. How do I go about getting rid of these in a safe way?

Generally, I find it's script lag... and eventually will disappear. I have not had legacy props left - given some time to clear out.

for me, if this doesn’t work, then there is something else I did or going on that I need to ask myself “why?”

like John said, they should eventually just go away.

Hmm I have had it happen before with just a few items that never went away, and just consolled them away then. But never had it this bad as with this:

It was that robot repair(happiness) plot from mytigio(I think). Keeps leaving some 30+ items behind no matter what I do. Scrapped it, waited, quick travelled, quested for 3-4 hours and still there.
Guess I can console them away too, but it looks like there are still settler animation markers there too and not sure how to get those.
