How to Check Script Conflicts?

Hello,

Background: This is more of a question of how/if I can check for script conflicts.
This is because Settlement Themes do not generate for me and I am left with a blank trade window.
I’ve gutted my mod list to see if anything was preventing it and unfortunately found no luck (only graphics mods and that ilk left), I also tried a fresh SS2 install and still no luck.
Usually for missing textures etc. I use FO4Edit and then make the appropriate order change/removal.
FYI: I tried new games with these changes.

Question: Can I use FO4Edit to check for these potential script conflicts leaving me with no settlement themes? If so, which ‘heading’ would it be under (Worldspace etc.)? If I cannot use FO4Edit, then what can I use? What would I be looking for/is there a guide to help me?

Thank you in advance,

HowDoMod
