Info Needed High Resources at Level 0 Settlements

This is a list of settlements that have unusually high water and/or power at any level.
Egret Tours Marina lvl 0: 100+ water
Oberland Station lvl 0: 100+ water
Nordhagen Beach lvl 0: 50+ power
Greentop Nursery lvl 0: 60+ power
Taffington Boathouse lvl 0: 100+ water
Tenpines Bluff lvl 0: 100+ water

Posts below will show the problematic items and their locations if you want to remove them. You will need to use Place Everywhere with the option in place.ini

Oberland Station.jpg Oberland (lvl 0) the hose is in the house with the plank you need tcl to go in.

If you find any abnormal amounts of resources at a settlement (especially power, water, defense), post them here. I'm looking to eliminate all of these and put in practical amounts.

I noticed today that Oberland has over 300 water at level 2.
 
reminder, power availability has no impact on settlement defenses, only water and food.
 
Red Rocket has 36 wáter but i´ve only found the source for 18 of it. Don´t know where the other 18 comes from

Oh, and one generator is duplicated
 
I know a bit of it comes from objects that have fallen through the world map and which need TCL to go clobber.
 
Which level does RR have 36 water? I was sure I fixed that one already.
 
I have RR at 8 water.

That seems reasonable for level 3. Most likely there are water tanks or water coolers that are providing water. You can add the Project Blueprint mods from the City Planner's Toolkit or use Place Everywhere's Extra Object Selection to be able to highlight and scrap those objects.
 
So , I'm running a pretty vanilla game with Rotc . Giving it a try and I'm having big issues with Lv 0 cities , with Tenpines having 100 water and others have 60 power with no reason . This thread is old . I'm guessing none of this has been fixed ?
 
Oberland L1 has 3 hoses of +100 water (making defense need plummet).

One is already in this thread a few post up but I will post all of them in this post.

@BobsDad It will be fixed soon. Rebuilding the city plans and merging them into the mod is a giant pain, so I tend to only do it when we have major work done.
 
Red Rocket, at level 1 has two generators auto-built that can be shut off, but there is still 30 power being produced. I have tcl'ed around and cannot find where it comes from. My settlements have too much power and always in deficit by default, I am trying to reduce costs and get everything to a respectable level. I do not need the extra water "hoses" and free power that some items auto placed provide. How can we pinppoint them and scrap them?
