Question Having issues with Contraptions Workshop conveyors

So, I'm trying to use the plots from Industrial Revolution in combination with the conveyor system from the DLC in order to make an ammo factory. I know that there is a munitions factory in IR, but I just love watching things roll on conveyors.

Here is where my problem comes in. I am not sure if it is a mod conflict or something, but Mined Ore doesn't like conveyors. It won't go into containers or factories to be used as crafting materials.
