I want to completely restart my Sanctuary build which i used SS to reach level three and then build a lot of stuff around it. I now want to completely start over with some new ideas I’ve had.

1)How do I delete everything and restart from square one?

2)Do I need to move all my items back into the workbench or will SS do that for me?

3)I seem to remember that power armour stays where it is so do I need to worry about the suits I’ve placed around?

4)I’ve been having a few issues with settlers falling through floors and not sticking to their assigned jobs. Will starting over fix it or is it likely to remain?

Also I noticed that since I’ve been gone there is now a city plan for Vault 88 are there any pictures/videos of it at level 3?

IDK, it is up to you but using old save files of a modded game normally isn’t what I would recommend. To many updates and any save file flaws will likely be brought forward.

If you select a new plan, the old stuff should be removed for you. Your placed stuff will also be removed. (Should)
You could also just run the destroy settlement tool. However, this can cause some issues, (has for me), and take a while. Also I would recommend using @Whisper's Raze My Settlement mod.

This I believe is correct. PA will not be deleted.

? Where, what , how? If the floors have no Navmesh, the little darlings will fall.
Assignment to jobs may be dependent on who and what stage you are at with say the Preston Quest. You may have to do the "Fix up Sanctuary with Sturges" in order to assign that crew. However, there are many ways to get this done quickly, and then get back on track.

Hmmm I agree also but on this save I’ve pretty much 100%’d the game and I don’t really want to have to do it all again.

I’m happy with all the other settlements as well I just want to start Sanctuary over

Then there is no real harm trying to do the rebuild by either selecting another plan or destroying the one you have.

Yeah I just want to start over. I really liked most of the Sanctuary city plan but I started running into issues when I started scrapping and adding stuff. I deleted a lot of the red navmeshes early on without realising what they actually were which I think has lead to the settlers issues.

I’ve snuck well over 200 hours into the base game and the DLC quests and I don’t particularly want to do everything all over again especially since I spent ages getting all the best outcomes/ and tracking down every item

@Yagisan Plans are good bet. I like his Sanctuary stuff. Worth getting his plans for a good build. You will have to make sure you have all the requirements he lists though, or it looks "wrong" Creation Club stuff is of course optional. (I have none of it). And, no matter what plan you use, you with always have dumb ass's standing on roofs at some point. Even the bloody Brahmin.

Pretty sure I got rid of them in my Sanctuary cleanup patch.
That sort of thing just bugged me too.
