Mega Edit: This actually appears to be a problem caused by Workshop Framework. If you're having mysterious happiness drops and food/water shortages, disable that and check again!

The happiness report has actually been broken this whole time and Workshop Framework is what finally revealed it! Should be fixed for next update.

Any of the issues with WSFW and happiness should be resolved in the 1.0.3 patch I posted today.
