I have used this city plan in previous games with no issues. I don't know what has changed in this game that could be causing this issue.
Greygarden cannot advance past initial base level because it is not counting 3 of the starting 6 robots (sort of.) When the base level was first established 3 human settlers were recruited in addition to the 6 robots still there. I went away and came back a couple game days later to see that no residential had been built and the settler count was just 6 despite having all 6 robots and 3 humans. I thought that the reason no residential was being built was that for some reason the game did not register the 3 recruited humans and it does not build residential for robots. So I decided to send the 3 humans to other settlements to see if the game would recognize subsequent recruits. However, when I did that the settler count went down to 3 indicating that the human recruits were being counted and 3 of the bots were not.
Basically, Greygarden is stuck unless I can figure out a way to get the city plan to generate some residential plots. Any suggestions as to what I could try to fix this?
