Good up to date city plans?

Are there any good relatively up to date city plan packs out there that include more recent stuff like settler training, higher tier municipals and healthcare? Most plans I can find on nexus seem to stem from a time when that stuff wasn't around yet and as a casual player I don't really have the time to go through all the plans posted in this forum. Any recommendations?

The Season 3 Contest City Plans usually include the training plots, hospitals and sanitation plots.
They are listed on the Wiki. Season 3 went on for several years, I would recommend that you look for ones that were published in 2023.
