Primary Bug Report General - Plots fail to snap to foundations and each other correctly

Anyone having nightmares trying to snap plots? I've tried several combinations (with vanilla/mods foundations/floors, plots with attached foundations and plots without foundations, residential and industrial) but everytime i try to place a plot next to an existing one it doesn't snap properly, it tries to place it 1/2 foundation away from the existing one, leaving an annoying gap between them.

Upon trying to get plots to snap to each other ( I've tried the first 3 plot types: normal, with foundation, and interior) however I can't get interior to snap consistently snap to each other and to foundations with walls. I don't know if this is more of a fallout 4 building system issue or not, or if this is intentional, but I thought I'd post here to see. I've attempted to get an orderly plot system going for multiple hours to no avail.

The automatic terraforming from the agriculture foundation plots can cause snapping issues. In my experience, removing those helped. Regarding interior plots, I find that placing them before building walls helps a ton. (Floor>Interior Plot>Wall>Roof). I've had no issues getting regular plots to snap when placing them on top of some sort of existing foundation so I can't help there.

I've found that placing down interior plots and letting them build first is definitely better, not only do you get to see the layout of the room itself, you can see where you may or may not want the door to be, or entrance. Then building around that helps greatly.

But yea, having multiple things that snap to each other in close proximity causes alot of problems, like the foundation plots right next to another plot. The game doesn't know if you're trying to snap to the foundation, or nearby plot, and it just ends up breaking.

Ahh, I got you. I tried building the plots before and after the walls, but my issue there might of been due to the plots still being under construction when I tried to place walls after. I found how to fix my terraforming snapping issues is just to destroy the terraforming slope on the side I'm placing the next terraforming foundation tends to fix my issue. I was also trying to min-max my space in Sanctuary Hills, putting all of my building in one corner, Which I'm sure didn't help that I used the mod: Scrap Everything to try and clear all of the buildings, which I later found to not be recommended on the SS2 wiki. Thanks for the help you two!

Scrap Everything I thought was suggested to be used? Or is that place everywhere?
