I can not get the food system to work at all, my raider outpost has has the food set at 999999 and is red ever since I got it and I cannot get any more raiders due to the happiness being very low and other reasons. I have donated almost 5000 jet and 3,000 caps to jammer/the wardesk to no avail. Can I just kill the stupid raiders and Jammer and use the Nuka world dlc or will I just need to make a new character?
