Feedback: Two (2) sure fire 100% ways to get me to not use your city plan

1) Put the City Desk somewhere I can't find and/or get to within 5 seconds of fast traveling in. If I have to turn on track city desk to find the desk, it's gone. If I have to go up a bunch of ramps to some obscure hut in the air, it's gone. To the fine fellow who hid the city desk in a thicket in sunshine tidings, I have a special message I can not convey in public. Please private message me.

2) The same rule for a Siren. Like a city desk, there can't be more than one. If I can't find it and immediately turn it off when I enter a settlement, that's a settlement plan that is scrapped. Multiple sirens all over the place is just an a-hole move and grounds for immediate scrapping. I have no sirens in the settlements I've built by hand, and the settlers have zero problems finding me to tell me to go somewhere to kill stuff, they don't need a siren to do it.

Your comment about the Sunshine Tidings Thicket really made me laugh. I don't use city plans, except the tutorial one. I so remember how annoying the vanilla siren was. I made the mistake of placing three in Sanctuary Hills once.....I haven't used them since.

Where the city desk is pretty random. I kinda wished there was a standard, something like "Put the fast travel target so that the player can see the desk when they load in. Also, put a siren next to the desk if you use one."
For me I just delete any sirens in a settlement. Never liked them.

Some things I have noticed in the city plan contest entries makes me not want to use them. For instance the plans causing alot of lag or stuttering in the video. I think after Chapter 2 is released alot of optimization needs to be done. That is more than what we already have.

My personal ones are:
LVL 0 must have every crafting bench (Armor, Weapon, PA at least)
Every settlement must have its foundation entirely done at lvl 0 (unless there is good reason not to)
Every settlement must have 3 municipal plots (Water, Power, Caravan)
Every settlement must have at least 1 agri plot
