Well, I will have to check about Oni....I have a massive amount of face mods installed. That second one, at one point I was going for a Maria Menounos kinda look... but you know how that goes. Maria's face is very angular along the bottom half. The jaw line & chin is super tough to get right.
 
I made a couple new presets today.... believe it or not they started out NPC's from Sim Settlements. This first one came up the road as Kate..... Added some puff to her cheeks, changed up the hair and makeup a little bit and called it a day. She reminds me of a very young Joyce DeWitt from 3's Company.

So I tweaked her up again to try and get rid of that cartoon-ish smile. I know there's a mod that eliminates it, but I've found that it wrecks most expressions from Dave's Poses. Now she looks like this after a new outfit, hair & makeup....

I've been playing around at The Slog with some new snap-points for certain build-pieces. Note that I'm already nearly at 1.5x build-limit.

First part of the player house, built around the only tree I left standing.

Laid out the top of the place with diner flooring, two levels of commercial/residential, a communal cooking area in glasshouse glass, and shelter for caravans also in glasshouse glass.

@ Raybo, you were asking about if I used Oni face sculpts. I do... had to check to make sure. Thing is, you can't tell where they get applied, even with the extended HUD. So it's basically a crapshoot.

I decided to do another face for Magnolia, because parts of it looked like it was bulging out from too much Botox.

I also swapped out the 'Better Third Rail' mod for Retrobabe's Third Rail Nightclub Mega UPDATE. I think the place is much less crowded with junk, and a lot better lit up at the stage. People come and go instead of standing around.

@ Whisper, did you ever think of using the clean wood wall sections for that build? I think I may give it a go if I can get the proportions right.

No, I’ve been restricting myself to the vanilla pieces and the items from PBP. The goal is to be good enough to release a city plan or two.

That requires a lotta building practice.

It didn’t feel right to be throwing it into the Settlement Showcase section, its quarter-baked at best. Especially seeing some of the recent entries.

(Maybe we need a WIP area to show this sorta thing off.)

I use Spawnable Unique Settlers and excel files to spawn "Special Settlers"

Experimenting with the concrete in Wasteland Workshop (just installed the DLC). I'm very aggravated that there is *no* concrete-based gate of any type! The raider gates just look crap:

That looks interesting. IF they are available, you might put some subway turnstiles and mesh divider walls in there. Plus some warehouse stairs and small platforms so guards can get to the upper level. :vinsent
 
Small-ish change of plans For Egret.... I decided to build a pot farm. The structure itself is 8X10 squares out in front of the house. Bare shell:
