A proud and loyal man of legendary intelligence, he read widely and understood everything from physics to architecture to philosophy.
But he was independent and never wanted to submit to any authority. He therefore decided to found a powerful, wealthy and autonomous settlement.
He soon realised that to achieve this, he had to build a sophisticated industrial settlement capable of selling its surplus to all the factions that wanted to rebuild the Commonwealth.
Without ever taking sides he remained neutral and used all his knowledge to develop his settlement.
Unfortunately the radiation did not give him time to complete his dream.
