I took over Abernathy as a slave outpost. All of the settlers were downed, switched to Enslaved. Game acknowledged I had won and all seemed fine. Very shortly a huge explosion happened killing most of the settlers. Apparently one of their collars had gone off or something because all of those settlers were missing their heads AND I'm guessing once one went off the close-by's also chain reacted?

Shortly after that, a few of the Enslaved turned hostile and were put down by the raiders. Is that intended behavior? Lucy Abernathy and Connie were definitely too who weren't going down without fighting after having been enslaved. Blake acts normally and he also had his intro dialogue like you were just fresh on the scene.
 
There's something going wrong for a lot of players where all of the NPCs die at the end of a raid. I haven't been able to replicate it, so I'm just going to force them all to heal to full at the end of the raid to prevent it.

Slave Collar's do explode when the NPC dies, so the explosion is normal - they just shouldn't be dieing in that scenario. Marking these fixed, as it will be resolved for the 4.0.1 patch.
