Efficient way to test plot upgrade?

I'm working my way through the tutorials, and have a nice little house built. Currently, I'm working on the level 2 version, but it's hard going. I had a lot of trouble getting the construction stages for level 1 working, I don't know what I was doing wrong, but in the end, I ended up redoing the whole building plan to get it to work. Now for level 2 I'm trying to test to make sure it's working, but hitting a snag.
I type in cf "testbuildingplan" "formID" "4"(the stage that is right after level 1 stop) and it seems to work...it goes from stage 4 to 5 to 6 (the final stop at level 2) but the level 2 building on stays for like a second before reverting to level 1 model. I'm unsure if this is something by design or my building plan is messed up somehow....

I've googled this a lot, but haven't had any luck in results, hoping like hell someone might read this and point me in the right direction. I wish there was a way to force an upgrade from level 1 to level 2, but it seems like the developer wants to keep that a secret, lol =P.

Hi! I think the "testbuildingplan" function has been broken for a while. I'll pm you some other commands you can try to get the plot to upgrade.

Well that's no good... was sure I had that working again!

Will add it to my list.

I'd love to get these commands as well, I've got the same problem with that command. :sad
