Please post bugs specific to Rise of the Commonwealth and Echo Lake Lumber in this thread.

This is currently a placeholder thread, as of initial release this settlement is not yet supported.

Got Echo Lake Lumber set up with a city planners desk and have tried two separate building plans. I've run the game for several real-time days, both in the Commonwealth and on Far Harbor Island, and while both building plans produce the initial layout, the settlers there don't build anything. I've run ReSaver and followed these directions: https://www.simsettlements.com/site/index.php?threads/clearing-locked-workshop-scripts.3830/ but so far nada.

Any ideas?
 
I had a bit of a bad lag spike in Echo Lake during a point in building, too, but it worked itself out. Due to shenanigans, the build started out with the full 6 settlers for the phase 1 city plan. The city plan built the first four houses and work plots no problem then placed the next two plots for work but not for houses, and stuck there for about a half hour. I didn't do anything to fix it, it just kicked back into gear suddenly.

My guess is script lag. I have several other mods that generate a copious amount of scripts that can get SS backed up from time to time. For me, it is usually PackAttack or some combination of that and a few other mods with some minor scripts that just happen to activate simultaneously, and then there are the quest scripts from the main game.

So, with that in mind, what other mods do you have installed and, can you check your save file to see if you have Active Scripts built up?

Also, I do have 50 active scripts in the last savegame, the majority of which are the kghelpers:threadrunner ones I've seen in previous threads. I terminated all of them and the game loaded fine. I've had the game running idle now for about 3 hours, with half the time in the Commonwealth, and half the time in Far Harbor. Still no activity.
 
Update: So after figuring out my problem with Finch Farm, which was similar to a problem I've had previously, I went to Echo Lake and reset all building plans from the city manager's desk, and now they've got houses, at least. I'll play for a while and see if I see any updates on farms/industry.
 
Nitpicking Level 1 ROTC plan: there's a floating cash register on the right hand side of the flat bed trailer closest to the gate. FLOATING CASH REGISTER!
