(Duplicate) Recreate the settlement management features of the holotape

On an older version of Sim Settlements there was a feature that gave Settlement information, a SS version of the Vault Tec Population Management terminal that showed things like how many plots of each plot type there were, how many were used et al.
I don't know why it was removed, but it was great for city design and I desperately miss it. Maybe the functions could be rolled into a 'Robco Population Management Terminal' for the immersion and segregation of the in game tools vs the mod controls?
