Deliveries to Sanctuary Hills not arriving when donated

I have found when donating items to Sanctuary Hills (not tested with other settlements) they are not added to the total % when donated. If I assign them for myself they arrive normally.

I tested this by leaving scrap at a container in Redrocket, with SH at 93.83 before scrap delivery. After items had arrived this was still at 93.83. Items sent to myself arrived fine.

Is there something extra I need to configure to get this working with ROTC? Thanks in advance.

I spent a lot of time testing this interaction specifically at Sanctuary, so something strange is going on. My best guess is that there is either a delay happening, or NMM failed to update Sim Settlements for you.

Would you mind doing a manual install and testing this again?

Sorry for not replying, I have not been able to play lately. Last I played I had deleted the save as there were other errors occuring so I thought best to have a clean start.

I will let you know how it goes next time I manage to play Fallout. Thank you for the reply.
