If you mean the Gunner HQ as Building that get destroy the Mod itself have an option to go even after that into the Building it have 2 hidden Doors after at the side to enter the Building.They was made as some Quest ask to recover something from the HQ later so player dont get stuck with the destroyed Building.The only real change at that Building is that it become heavy Radioactive.For the rest its only show the Building dont take damage and the Gunner respawn normal but die fast for the Radioactive air.To make both Mods compatible maybe someone can disable that Radioactive air.In that way player can do first that Quest/Mission and later then normal the SS2 part.For Concord the Door Problem with Depravity is not so difficult.The Door you need only 1 Time to start the quest after you can Fasttravel there direct inside the Building maybe even there is possible to make an easy fix that with fasttravel you end in the Depravity Building and with the door after enter the SS2 things
i personaly whent into the depravety mod with CK and removed the blocks blocking the doors of the destroyed GNN building forgot to remove the rad counters so still need to be careful when just exiting GNN :cool:
 
so far al was going fine but now i cant travel to GNN without having the HQ reset bug i tryed to find some point at wich the message from kinghaths adjusted bsa file warned me but no message popped between leaving hq to protect a settlement and recruit aditional workers.
before i left the HQ i had room for more then 20 workers and now am scared because i also just completed the send 15 to HQ quest .
i wil try to load a previous save and try to not get this bug but i am scared that it wil always triger around the moment of recruiting the medic!

You can do markfordelete on the barriers if using the Depravity mod. It's what I did.

was a bit scared of accidently selecting the wrong piece of wall instead of the block that was in the way to try the mark for delete option luckely with CK i also managed to remove the added rad bombs

Choose in console and use "disable" first. If the correct thing disappears, then go ahead and "markfordelete". If the wrong thing disappeared, "enable" and try something else.
 
Unable to speak to Ellis in Angel of Mercy quest after quest directs me to talk to him after I've spoken all dialog options with Raphael. Using 'setstage SS2C2_CB-NQ05 260' allowed me to talk to Ellis. Seemed like there was some dialog I never got with Raphael even with the speech check pass.
Is there anyone on this? I got to this point in 2 play throughs and had to stop the Nightingales' quest line. I don't really want to cheat through it, and I REALLY don't want to start over.
 
unable to progress with cpd quest line... after hearing the hellhounds tape the quest completes and he tells me prior to go to the station with or without him both options result in a frozen character and no further interaction or quest starting to go back to HQ to help defend against the hellhounds attack.. any idea when a fix is coming? would love to play again :( or perhaps theres a console command to force-start the quest?

Is there anyone on this? I got to this point in 2 play throughs and had to stop the Nightingales' quest line. I don't really want to cheat through it, and I REALLY don't want to start over.
Been there, done that. You need to go talk to Casandra again... this quest can be confusing and there's no hint that you spoke to someone out of order. There won't be a marker on her either so you get to search the hospital. Up the stairs, down the stairs, up the stairs... rinse and repeat.
 
Just updated SS2 and WSFW now my settlement builds wont complete. Everything is torn down the desk disappears but no plots are built using the basic plans. No problems before the update ?
 
Ellis won't speak to me on my angel of mercy playthrough

This worked for me in the console:
