CTD's, Probably overloaded system

I'm having some problems with Sim Settlements Three in one, I think more specifically Rise of the Commonwealth, I have several Settlements level 2 or 3, the only ones I do not use RoTC is Albernathy Farm, Sanctuary, Red Rocket and the island, the rest is RoTC , and so I'm having several CTD's, if I teleport to the settlement or if I try to scrap something, CTD, and some random CTD when i walking in the commonwealth, i tried some missions in the Institute, no CTD.

I uninstalled the game and installed it again (I had some permission issues in the old Fallout 4 folder, which prevented me from using Loot), it reduced the number of mods, including the One Year Pack I was giving CTD's, the game came back to work, but sometimes there are still some CTD's, especially in Scraps.

Is there anything I can do? adjust the perfomance of the SS? Nuke some Settlements? Somebody can save my savefile? Please Help.
PC Specs:
CPU: FX 8350
GPU: GTX 1050 2gb
Memory: 8gb

And Kinggath, your mod is the most important way of all Fallout 4, congratulations.

This sounds like the power grid corruption from the Scrap Crash. Check out the Power Grid Tools on Nexus, there are steps for using it in the description - it should hopefully fix your settlements. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17777

If you're just crashing randomly, that's tougher to handle as we don't really have any tools for analyzing crashing.

Hey Kinggath, thanks for the reply.

I'm going to try Power Tools, there are some settlements that I'm sure have this problem, like Red Rocket, however one concern of mine is that I let several settlements pass the construction limit (after all, I wanted everything pretty in level 3) but I believe that it ended with the limits of the engine, my save is huge, 50mb, and I wanted to decrease it, I thought to uninstall 3 in one and use only the settlements yes to leave everything controlled, but how would I clean all cities?

To clean the cities, you can use the Town Meeting Gavel to scrap them - if that's what you mean.

If you just want to reduce the amount of items, you can turn off the Clutter in the performance options and then refresh the city from the City Planner's Desk.

Well, my solution to solve everything was to uninstall Sim Settlements 3 in 1, to make a load of the game without the SS (and all my settlements goes bananas) and to go slowly fixing the problems with power tools and rebuilding the settlements one by one, I do not know if I will have patience to restore all, but at least I can continue with my campaign and finally finish game.

Thank you all for your attention.

One other thing I noticed is that your hardware is a bit light on the memory side. If you can afford it, I would consider bumping up your system RAM to 16 Gb, and getting a vid card with at least 4 Gb of VRAM. F04 eats memory for breakfast AND lunch without skipping dessert. The CTD's will not disappear completely, but they will probably become less frequent.

Yes! I am aware of this, but unfortunately I live in a third world country (Brazil) and a GPU upgrade would be impossible at the moment because the videocards are ABSURDELY expensive, bigger than my teacher salary.
But thanks for the recommendation, it's a future plan :)
