CTDs at Zimonja Customizing Power Pole - FIXED

Potential bug - at Zimonja had 5 CTDs in a row while trying to customize power pole for 3 different types of plots - residential, caravan and communications. Clicked on customize plot, clicked on customize power pole and CTDs occurred while scrolling down the list. Between the 4th and 5th CTD, reloaded a save and the CTD still occurred.
